Executive Chef Jason Greene has been in kitchens since he was 16 years old.
After graduating from New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier Vermont and
working in many wonderful restaurants in the U.S, Jason was ready to pursue his
dream of owning a restaurant. His passion for using the best quality ingredients,
while practicing artisan methods with a real focus on local products and produce
became the center of the concept for The Grove. He wanted it to be a fun place
that brings the local community together to eat fine foods, enjoy superb culinary
products and relax with their friends and family.
Lauren Greene, Jason’s wife, shared the same vision. While Jason was working in
kitchens, Lauren was a Hospitality Hotel/Restaurant Management Major gaining
experience in Las Vegas Nevada and Scottsdale Arizona. Her passion for practic-
ing the lost art of “hospitality” and creating experiences for people made her the
perfect partner for the Chef.
Today, Jason and Lauren own and manage The Grove Café & Market, Jason
creating in the kitchen and Lauren creating the experience.
